• Trading bonus shall be given only to the referrer who refers a new trader (Referral) to the Company, provided that both the Referral and the Referrer maintain active (i.e. with trading activity) and fully approved trading accounts with the Company. The Referral is not entitled for a bonus.
• A new trader – Referral is defined as a client that registers for a trading account with the Company, for the first time.
• Trading bonus will be given to the Referrer, after the Referral proceeds with the initial deposit and the performance of the required trades.
• The Referrer will not be entitled for a trading bonus, in case the Referral’s application for a trading account is rejected, therefore the Referral shall be at least 18 years of age and resident of a jurisdiction to which the Company can provide its services.
• Trading Bonus is granted only for trading purposes and cannot be withdrawn.
• Trading bonuses cannot be transferred to other account/s.
• In the event the Referrer’s and/or the Referral’s trading account becomes dormant, the granted trading bonus is cancelled from the eligible account/s.
• FXORO Global reserves the right to disqualify both the Referrer and the Referral, if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse.
• FXORO Global reserves the right to change / amend the Terms of this Promotion or cancel any term and/or the entire Promotion at any time.
